Writing through loss (The Daily Iowan)

These writers knew a secret that UI rhetoric lecturer Patrick Dolan grasps, too: Writing reduces stress. Dolan leads a course based on the same principles at the Iowa City Hospice called Writing Through Loss.

Female authors dominate Danish nominees for literary prize (The Copenhagen Post)
A couple of Danish authors are hoping to emulate the success of their female counterpart at next year’s Nordic Council Literature Prize. Naja Marie Aidt won the 350,000 kroner prize this year and two female authors have been nominated as the Danish representatives for next year’s prize.
