Motor official killed by ambulance in WA (The West Australian)
A motor racing official has been struck and killed by an out of control ambulance at a race meeting near Perth. It's believed the man was officiating at the pits on the Ellenbrook Speedway circuit in Bullsbrook, about 40km north of Perth, when the accident happened about 5pm (AWST).
