Dove Court redesign process gets under way (Richmond Times-Dispatch)
Richmond's Dove Court housing project is gone, and that swath of the city is about to become the better for it. The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority has begun the process of creating site plans for that area and two others nearby. Those projects, and another planned for North Jackson Ward, are cornerstones of the agency's plans to reshape housing and communities in North Richmond.
