Broker sentenced for swindling senior citizens (KTAR 92.3 Phoenix)
A Phoenix mortgage broker accused of swindling four senior citizens in a home mortgage scam has been sentenced to three and a-half years in prison. Rick Thomas McCullough, 36, also was placed on seven years probation and ordered to pay restitution of $343,811.
