Magic 1-2-3 Parenting for ADD Children (BellaOnline)
ADD and ADHD parenting can be difficult. I read a book that helped me gain control of my parenting skills and that I highly recommend for any parent of a child 2-12 years of age. The book titled Magic 1-2-3 by Dr. Thomas Phelan showed me I was talking too much when I gave my children a directive.

Haysville Teacher Tapes Boy To Chair (KAKE)
The Haysville School District said the second grade teacher taped one of her students to his chair after he refused to sit down. She later told an administrator what she had done. While that teacher has been disciplined, the boy's parents said they're still looking for answers.
