County says cogeneration lawsuit lacks substance (Mount Shasta Area Newspapers)
Yreka, Calif. - The Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center and Weed Concerned Citizens filed a suit in mid-December against the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors challenging their Nov. 13 decision to approve a use permit for Roseburg Forest Products to build a 15-megawatt biomass cogeneration plant in Weed.
