Panel to study train safety (The Santa Rosa Press Democrat)
LOS ANGELES -- Eleven industry experts were selected by a commuter rail agency board to look at safety and operating procedures following last month's train collision that killed 25 people and injured 135 others.The group, composed of people from industry and academia and a passenger advocate, is expected to issue a draft report in 60 days.
