Children’s Place Soars while Limited Takes a Hit (Fox News)
Children's Place Retail Stores (PLCE) reported double third quarter profits due to same store gains and a one-time profit from selling 200 Disney Stores back to Disney. At Limited Brands (LTD), the Columbus, Ohio-based parent company of Victoria Secret, Henri Bendel and Bath and Body Works, finances were in a much worse shape, as net income fell 66% year over year.

Foundation gives $5 million for new Hershey Children's Hospital (The Patriot-News)
A local foundation has donated $5 million toward a new children's hospital at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The donation is from the Donald B. and Dorothy L. Stabler Foundation. It brings the medical center within about $8 million of its goal of obtaining $65 million in donations.
