Reviewers find problem with lab processor, Cameron Inquiry told (The Telegram)
Two reviewers brought in by the Cameron Inquiry to examine histology lab operations in St. John’s found a serious contamination problem with a processor at the Health Sciences lab that handles breast cancer tissue samples and had to intervene with permission from the Cameron Inquiry.
