SOMALI pirates have released a Turkish-owned, Marshall Islands-flag bulk carrier, following payment of a ransom, according to wire service reports. The 82,849 dwt Yasa Neslihan was hijacked in late October. He owner, Istanbul-based Yasa, said the 20 Turkish crew members were all safe, he said.
