The Westside chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness will meet from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho annex building at 1909 Grande Blvd. The topic is “Our Broken Mental Health System,” featuring special speaker Robert Miera and a DVD showing of Pete Earley’s “Bolo Ties and Jeans Presentation.”
