Labor board OKs $16 million settlement in 2001 union complaint against Midwest Generation (Chicago Tribune)
The National Labor Relations Board said late Friday that Chief Administrative Law Judge Robert Giannasi approved an agreement under which closely held power producer Midwest Generation will pay members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union a total of $16.1 million to settle an unfair-labor complaint.
