Carafe has designs on the capital's free water (Evening Standard)
The winning design for a tap water carafe to be used in thousands of restaurants and bars in the capital is revealed today. Called Tap Top, the design was being unveiled by Boris Johnson before mass production using recycled glass begins in January.

Lawmakers say they are likely to revisit Iowa’s public smoking ban next year, but it is unclear what changes are ahead for the controversial law. Expanding the law would likely mean that a casino exemption that allows smoking in gaming areas would be dropped.
