PACE maintains Romanian minority in Serbia called Vlachs (Nine O'Clock)
A draft resolution of the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly(PACE) on Thursday asks Serbian authorities to make sure that people in eastern Serbia have access to Romanian-language broadcast from Vojvodina and to allow “Vlachs / Romanians” access to education and religious services in their native language.
