Fishing boat crashes onto jetties (Valley Morning Star)
SOUTH PADRE ISLAND - The U.S. Coast Guard on Friday responded to the scene of a 75-foot fishing vessel that crashed on the jetties. "The vessel was trying to come in through the Santiago Pass and ran into the jetties on the southern side (of the Island,)" Coast Guard Lt. Mickey Lalor said.
