Euromedica S.A. hereby informs its shareholders and investing public that it has signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 60% of the shares of ASCLEPIEIO THERAPEFTIRIO S.A., which has been running a Follow-Up Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre for Open Treatment in Larissa since March 2007 on premises covering 930 sq. m. Its turnover for 2008 amounted to 2 million euros.
