Police cracking down on Brown's Court parties (The Guardian)
Charlottetown City Police are cracking down on loud, drunken parties at Brown’s Court. Deputy Police Chief Richard Collins said Monday the housing complex across from UPEI, home to many university students, has become a weekend destination point for many people simply looking for a good time.
