It’s called Teens Turning Green and it's made by teens for teens. The group behind the line is an organization called Teens for Safe Cosmetics. Founder Judi Shils wanted to make a line of clothing that works.

A Tulsa resident and a native Oklahoman living in New York City helped select the elaborately decorated birthday cake for the teen singer and TV star.
