Mozambique: National Child Health Week (AllAfrica.com)
The Mozambican health authorities on Monday, with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and other partners, launched the second phase of "National Child Health Week", with the goal of vaccinating 3.5 million children under the age of five against measles, and giving them all Vitamin A supplements.

Child Health Day: Health Dept. Says Start New Eating Habits (FOX 13 Utah)
With 21 percent of Utah's kids overweight, the Utah Health Department wants to make parents the catalysts of change for National Child Health Day. The Health Department says that if parents demonstrate healthy eating and collaborate with their kids in choosing healthy food when shopping, the overweight percentage will go down.
