Novell acquiring Virginia-based Managed Objects (TechJournal South)
MCLEAN, VA - Novell Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL) has agreed to acquire Mnaaged Objects, a McLean, VA-based company selling IT system management software. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Novell said it will pay cash for the acquisition.
