Freaks and Geeks: Yearbook Edition (DVD Talk)
A confession: the first time I saw Freaks and Geeks , I just didn't get it. This was in 1999, when it originally aired on NBC; the network hadn't exactly gone overboard in its promotional efforts, and the spots it did run played up the 1980s nostalgia angle instead of the timeliness of its themes.
